Our meat processing plant is equipped with chilled tunnel and cooling rooms to reduce the carcass temperature very rapidly and so avoid unnecessary weight loss. The carcass hang on rail aligned in the direction of air circulation and also avoid contact with each other.
The Deboning Hall where they are cut up, Deboned and trimmed. The deboning and trimming done with trained and qualified Butchers.
Our facility is fitted with state-of-the-art Chilling Equipment’s, Blast Freezers, Plate freezers and cold store to maintain the required temperature at various stages. We are firmly committed and determined to supply all fresh and safe meeting the hygiene and sanitation norm of International standard.
The laid out stringent processes for animal selection prior to slaughtering, Ante-Mortem Examination is performed and unfit are separated. Subsequently, Post-mortem test are conducted at our in-house laboratory by Veterinarians, Microbiologist under the supervision of the State Governments Veterinary Officer, Department of Animal Husbandry to ensure superior quality of meat.
The Plants have obtained all the necessary Permissions, No objections, Consents, Recommendations and Incorporated/Registered with the concerned authorities in the State and the Country including Department of Animal Husbandry, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and State Pollution Control Board. The Plants are approved by Agricultural and Processed Food Export Development Authority (APEDA), Ministry of Commerce and Industries, Government of India.
